Animals
It is the hotel's policy to accept one small toy dog per room (Under 10kg) with a supplement of £20.00 per night. Please ensure you select your pet as an extra in the booking process. Dogs are permitted in the bedroom and lobby areas only, not in the public lounges, bars or restaurants. We do not accept dogs in our terrace rooms or Superior Balcony Rooms. No other pets are accepted.
Children
Children are included in all room rates quoted, please ensure you have selected the correct amount of occupants during the booking process. Travel cots are charged at £6.00 per night and must be requested in advance. There is no capacity to add additional beds in to any room types.
Parking
Parking is limited and operated on a first come first served basis. Residents may park in any of our three hotels directly next door to each other which include Cumberland, Suncliff & Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa. Should all car parks be full there is ocean front parking directly outside the hotel which is chargeable via pay and display. It is not possible to book spaces prior to arrival.
